- If you'd like to to return your items (within 7 days of receipt) you may do so for a full refund. Customer is required to pay return shipping fees and they are nonrefundable. Please note, in order to qualify for a full refund, items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging. We have the right to deny returns that do not comply with our return policy.
- At this time we are unable to offer exchanges. You may return your item and repurchase the correct size.
- Refunds will be processed within approximately up to 7 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after we receive your return.
F&F is happy to send you a replacement in case your order was lost in transit or has not been delivered by the courier. Please note replacements are also sent via regular shipping thus items may take up to 20 business days to be delivered.
